Luxury 220m2 Apartment with Spa & Private Gym

Positive: The sauna is good, and the gym is very well-equipped. The gym equipment feels largely new. Location of the property is also decent, about a 20min walk away from the market square. Negative: There were several issues during our stay that affected the overall usability and experience of the property. The washing machine was not clean. We found broken pieces of rubber inside the machine that had not been removed. We suspect these may have come from a previous guest washing shoes or rubber mats, but regardless of the source, the machine should have been checked and cleaned before our arrival. There also seemed to be little consideration given to the practical usability of the house. One of the single beds was positioned directly next to 3 heaters, making the bed essentially unusable whenever the room needed to be heated. The same bed was also unstable, and we later discovered that one of its legs was not actually secured to the bed at all; it was simply a free-standing leg propping the bed up, with no screws or other attachment. This is both inconvenient and potentially a safety concern. Guests may also need to bring their own basic consumables. There were perhaps half a dozen bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and hand soap, but only one small body soap, which seems to have been left behind by a previous guest. There was also no laundry detergent. We had to purchase our own and left it behind for the next guests. The service could also have been much better. We informed the owner on our first night that there was no laundry detergent and were told to wait while they worked out a solution. However, we received no eventual solution for the rest of our 3 night stay and ultimately had to buy our own. We also had difficulty with the parking situation. Despite the property advertising free parking, we were initially told that the parking space was coincidentally unavailable for the duration of our stay. When we raised the issue, the only solution offered was to “download EasyPark” to find somewhere else to park. This was particularly unhelpful given that free parking was advertised as an amenity of the property.
