Beautiful 1BR apartment in the heart of Kamppi

Great location, but the rest needs a lot to be desired. Positive: The location for the property is fabulous. Easy walking distance to the city centre, trains, shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and very quiet. The broadband speed was good. Negative: Apart from the front room, the rest of the apartment looks like it’s been furnished from a bad charity shop. There are assumed live electrical wires in a plastic bag in the kitchen. There are dirty fingerprints on a lot of the paintwork including the toilet. The toilet is very cheap and flimsy. Regardless to what the agents say, the provided instructions to find the entrance are wrong. Look for O’Malley’s pub, and the entrance is on the opposite side of the road or use what3words ///muddy.bells.saga as a guide. We spent about an hour following the agents instructions which were sending us in the wrong direction. I think it could be an absolutely wonderful apartment but it needs redecorating, refurnishing, and modernising.

Negative: Perfect location. Spacious and potentially very nice appartment, but too shabby and smelly. Bathroom, WC and kitchen like in student dormitory or old soviet apartment, would not recommend to anyone.
