Perfect location! Positive: The apartment is in an excellent central location in Helsinki, perfect for exploring the city on foot or using public transport. The keys are collected from a location less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The instructions are extremely clear, and the staff respond very quickly via chat if you need any assistance. The accommodation is ideal for both short and medium-length stays, with all the amenities you might need. For anyone concerned about the security deposit, I recommend doing what I did: record a detailed video when you first enter the apartment, documenting any minor pre-existing issues (in my case, just very small things, such as a kitchen cabinet door that didn't close completely flush). I also recorded a similar video before checking out. You can send these videos using the email contact option available through Booking.com. In any case, I had absolutely no issues with the security deposit, which was refunded exactly seven days after check-out. Overall, a very positive experience and a great place to stay in Helsinki.

Positive: La situació és molt bona i l'apartament està bé Negative: Dues qüestions que no ens han agradat: No hi havia paper higiènic i tot i reclamant-lo, no se'ns va proporcionar. L'altre tema és la dificultat en fer el check-in. Per una banda la recepció de la clau, que enlloc de poder recullir-la en el mateix edifici l'has d'anar a buscar a cinc o sis carrers més enllà i això és una molèstia tenint en compte que arribes carregat. Per l'altra, el pre-check in el compliquen innecessariament, demanant una foto personal i una signatura de contracte. Si no l'omplenes amb totes aquestes dates, tot i havent abonat l'import de l'estada, no et proporcionen el codi per entrar. Sincerament, crec que podrien simplificar la gestió
