Positive: Great location and great apartment overall. The staff can be a bit defensive but are then, subsequently very helpful after a go or 2! Thank you x
Negative: The instructions on how to get the key can be clarified further, for example: Step 1 - collect the key from the following address : 123 ABC street, Helsinki! Step 2 - abcdefg...xyz.
