Enjoy luxurious 76m2+sauna stay in Kamppi Center!

Positive: Hyvä sijainti, tilava, siisti ja toimiva

Lovely Positive: It is a great location, near museums, coffee shops and restaurants. The shopping centre is next door with a supermarket in the basement for anything you would need as well. The apartment is big and spacious. Unfortunately I couldn’t try and sauna so no comment on it.

The check-in experience was absolutely awful . Negative: The check-in experience was absolutely awful, the worst accommodation experience of my entire trip. We had to fill in loads of forms before collecting the keys. Worst of all, the host demanded my full bank card number, expiry date and CVV code. Only after I contacted Booking did they back off from asking for this highly sensitive information. On top of that, they required my selfie and passport details. This is completely unnecessary. We already passed strict immigration inspections upon entering the country, and none of the other places I stayed at made such excessive requests. It made me feel extremely unsafe. I was utterly furious. We walked such a long distance that my legs were nearly worn out. The actual we wre incredibly difficult to locate; even the host struggled to find their way back. Key pickup was a total disaster. When we got there, four other foreign guests also could not find the keys, standing awkwardly at the entrance. There was no staff present at the key collection spot at all. The service was lazy and unacceptable.

Positive: Huge and clean! Easy to access shopping centre :)

Positive: The balcony , comfortable beds and location is top.
